DR. David Doran
Dr. David Doran is the senior pastor of Inter-City Baptist Church and President of Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary. He serves as the Chairman of the Practical Theology Department and teaches the core pastoral theology courses in the M.Div. program.
Dr. Doran received a B.A. from Bob Jones University and both the M.Div. and Th.M. from DBTS. He earned his D.Min. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Over several decades at ICBC, Dr. Doran has conducted an effective expository preaching and teaching ministry, established Grace Baptist Mission, and expanded outreach through campus evangelism and discipleship, mission conferences and more. He has also authored the book, "For the Sake of His Name: Challenging a New Generation Towards World Missions."
Dr. Doran and his wife Claudia have four sons.
Dr. Marc Wragg
Dr. Marc Wragg has served as the Pastor-Teacher of Saving Grace Bible Church since 2010. He was saved in February 1994, and shortly after his conversion Marc entered into The Master’s College (TMC) as a Biblical Counseling major. Upon graduating from The Master's College, Marc completed his work as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and started working as a Network Administrator for Grace to You (GTY). While working at GTY fulltime, Marc attended The Master’s Seminary to work toward his Master of Divinity, and co-labored with Phil Johnson in GraceLife, a fellowship group at Grace Community Church. In 2004, Marc and his family moved to Jupiter, Florida to attend Grace Immanuel Bible Church (GIBC). During his five years of ministry at GIBC, Marc helped to start the Institute of Grace, a training institute for lay people. He also helped launch The Expositors Seminary. In 2015, Marc started working towards his Doctor of Ministry in Expository Preaching at The Master’s Seminary, graduating in May 2018. In 2023, Dr. Wragg is also a certified counselor through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and earned his Master of Divinity from The Master's Seminary in 2004. In 2018, he graduated from the seminary's Doctor of Ministry program. Marc and his wife Jill have been married since 1997 and have been blessed with six children.
Pastor Terry Wragg
Terry Wragg has been serving in ministry for over 30 years and has joined the ministry of SGBC after serving for 17 years as Pastor-teacher at Fellowship Bible Church in New Hampshire.
He previously served on the pastoral staff of Grace Community Church, under the ministry of Dr. John MacArthur, while completing his MDiv through The Master’s Seminary. After graduating seminary in 2000, Terry, along with his wife Rebecca and their 3 children, moved to Xenia OH, where Terry was the Pastor-Teacher at First Reformed Church. In 2004, God moved the family to Jupiter Florida where Terry ministered at Grace Immanuel Bible church as a Lay leader, Director of the Institute of Grace, and adjunct professor at The Expositors Seminary. In 2007 Terry was called to pastor in New England.
Terry and Rebecca have two sons and one daughter who reside both in New England and Ohio with their respective spouses. God has blessed them with 8 grandchildren whom they cherish.
